Coaching - organisational, team and individual
" There are no impossible dreams'
Just our limited perception of what is possible" - Beth Mende Conny
We partner you in enabling purposeful business processes, practices and systems to achieve sustainable outcomes in a variety of areas, for example, productivity, policy, work satisfaction, and scenario and strategic planning
Solution-focused Brief Coaching -
We aim to partner you in
- building a rich picture of what the future without the problem/s will look like
- identifying what is already working and what you want to sustain, rather than change
- scanning your situation and circumstances for existing and potential resources that can be used to develop an achievable solution
- detailing the small, manageable steps that will help you to move towards the future scenario
- checking and supporting your willingness and confidence to begin experimenting with changes that take you in the direction of a solution
AND, most importantly
- you can rely on us to be a critically appreciative back-up and encouragement team that pays close attention to your efforts, helps you spot what to do more of, what to do differently, and how to stay on track towards your hoped for outcomes.
As "time is money", and like you, we prefer you to be focusing most of your time, energy and efforts on YOUR goals, we offer coaching by telephone and by e-mail as well as face-to-face. Appointments can be arranged at times and locations that fit with your schedule. Contact Svea at svea@solutionfocusedfutures.com to discuss how we may assist you

"One warning, however, is that while the concept is simple and seems like common sense that everybody has, it is not easy to master the techniques - not because they are complicated or complex to learn, but because they require a highly disciplined mind-set to remain simple when problems seem too complicated and difficult. Many people mistakenly think that being complex and complicated will serve the client better, often resulting in long-term coaching and feeling lost from time to time. Again, staying simple takes a great deal of discipline and skills"
- Insoo Kim Berg and Peter Szabo (2005) Brief Coaching for Lasting Solutions
AND, while coach-training and practice review consultation with us will involve the hard work and discipline it takes to stay simple, we do our best to offer you an enjoyable and inspiring learning experience.
